Fitness Week | The Power of Music

Rihanna and Kanye West ft Paul McCartney – FourFiveSeconds

Sai – Elastic Heart fat Shia LaBeouf & Maddie Ziegler

Ellie Goulding – Love Me Like You Do

Omarion ft Chris Brown & Jhene Aiko – Post To Be

Era Sremmurd – No Type

Kanye West – Only One ft Paul McCartney

Taylor Swift – Style

Common, John Legend – Glory

Kygo ft Conrad – Firestone

Krewella – Alive

Chris Brown & Tyga – Ayo

Usher ft Juicy J – I Don’t Mind

Kwabs – Walk

Nico & Vinz -In Your Arms

Flo Rida ft Sage The Gemini & Lookas – GDFR

Natalie La Rose ft Jeremih – Somebody

Zedd ft Selena Gomez – I Want you to Know

Wiz Khalifa ft Charlie Puth – See You Again

Jessie J – Masterpiece

Yazz and Serayah McNaill – Drip Drop (Empire)

James Bay – Let It Go (Bearson Remix)

Se acharem algumas destas músicas mais paradas, podem sempre ouvi-las no alongamento para relaxarem.

Bons treinos, meninas 🙂

Xoxo, Rita

English post

Hi guys!

I’m back with another post for Fitness Week.

I think I’m not alone on this… I think we all had those moments when we’re already at the gym and we realise that we left our music at home! And than the vibe to workout is completly ruined. That happened to me and without my music I don’t feel the energy to workout. I’m always looking for new songs so that I don’t get bored of the same ones. Music is the fuel that help me run that extra mile on the treadmill.

The last few weeks I’ve been on the hunt for new songs to help me feel extra energetic at the gym because those slows that are so beautiful don’t really help when I’m trying to run. The perfect playlist will help you a lot to push extra hard.

Here’s my playlist:

Rihanna and Kanye West ft Paul McCartney – FourFiveSeconds

Sai – Elastic Heart fat Shia LaBeouf & Maddie Ziegler

Ellie Goulding – Love Me Like You Do

Omarion ft Chris Brown & Jhene Aiko – Post To Be

Era Sremmurd – No Type

Kanye West – Only One ft Paul McCartney

Taylor Swift – Style

Common, John Legend – Glory

Kygo ft Conrad – Firestone

Krewella – Alive

Chris Brown & Tyga – Ayo

Usher ft Juicy J – I Don’t Mind

Kwabs – Walk

Nico & Vinz -In Your Arms

Flo Rida ft Sage The Gemini & Lookas – GDFR

Natalie La Rose ft Jeremih – Somebody

Zedd ft Selena Gomez – I Want you to Know

Wiz Khalifa ft Charlie Puth – See You Again

Jessie J – Masterpiece

Yazz and Serayah McNaill – Drip Drop (Empire)

James Bay – Let It Go (Bearson Remix)

If you find some of these too slow, listen to them while stretching so that you can relax.

Good luck!

Xoxo, Rita
